20/20 VISION OF THE FUTURE:

Support our efforts to help keep our teens safe on prom night by donating to our 20/20 vision of the future program.  If every member of the Glenelg community donated at least $20 to the after prom committee our goal of making the after prom party the party to attend would be obtained.  

While we understand that prom night is just one night in the lives of our teens, it is also the night in which popular culture and long standing traditions have made it the most dangerous night.  On average the probability that a teen will engage in risky behavior on this night soars to 120%.  More accidents, deaths and injuries are reported on prom night than any other night of the year.  In addition to this, more cases of alcohol poisoning, unintended sexual conduct and drug use is also reported on prom night.  The after prom party is gear to help our teens avoid these possible pitfalls and enjoy prom night in a safe, fun and friendly environment.

Help us make a chemical free, safe and energetic prom party the new cool way to celebrate by donating to the cause.
